Blackline Comics Has Joined Ratti Entertainment on the Black Salt Feature Film Project

In an exciting bit of news, Ratti Entertainment, Inc. has brought its publisher of the BLACK SALT: THE LAST HEROES LEFT digital comic, Blackline Comics, officially on board to assist in development of the BLACK SALT motion picture project. Ratti Entertainment's founder, Owen Ratliff, has been working on this innovative martial arts film property for the past 6 years and has just completed the development phase. The BLACK SALT franchise includes, but will not be limited to, the following collectible items: the BLACK SALT apparel line, digital and print comic books, trading cards, toys, an animated series, video game development and a film trilogy. Ratti Entertainment has just attached an A-list director and has acquired the first half of the funding necessary for the project. The BLACK SALT film will be shot in China and the U.S.

ENGINE, which debuted on the Blackline website on October 18th, will post new installments on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Things are moving at a rapid pace here at BLACKLINE! The creative team on the martial arts thriller is cranking out pages at an amazing rate! Issue #2 is absolutely beautiful as J.C. Grande is really flexing his artistic muscles with each page. We like to think of it as pure greatness but we are leaning towards the fact that he is merely showing off. But we don't mind, the art in issue #2 is a party for the eyes and we can't wait to show you what we are talking about. Stay tuned as this book should be wrapping up in the very near future.
